About Edoardo

Edoardo Cantiello is a director and video artist based in London. He grew up between Italy, Cuba, Denmark and Spain, and his films tend to find people who don't quite fit where they are.

He studied filmmaking at Kingston University. His short Forest Creatures Feel No Cold won Best Fantasy Short and Best Experimental Short at the Independent Shorts Awards, and Kill Me in Your Room was nominated for Best Director and Best Actor at the British Shorts Awards. His music videos include Khazali's Nothing Scares Me Anymore and Kadeem Tyrell's Situation.

Alongside his own films he makes Motion Portraits, an ongoing series of endless loops, and works as a 1st AD on music videos and branded films, most recently for British Vogue.
